Services and availability

LustraStudio provides image-generation workflows. Lustra Amazon Seller currently has privately configured MCP functionality for product inspection, recent order information and approved standalone new-listing submission. Public seller access is planned. Roadmap descriptions do not promise a release date or Amazon approval.

Your responsibilities

You must be authorized to use the account, product data and images you provide. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate product information. Review generated content and complete listing drafts before approval. You remain responsible for product claims, intellectual property, marketplace requirements and your selling activities. Do not send buyer personal data into Seller MCP or ChatGPT.

Approvals and Amazon services

Private new-listing submission requires explicit human approval of the exact draft. Amazon validation and submission responses do not guarantee publication, sales or continuing account eligibility. Planned buyer messages are limited to Amazon-permitted order communications, and Brand Analytics and shipping depend on eligibility. Amazon Ads requires separate API approval and authorization.

Amazon and OpenAI are separate service providers with their own terms. LustraStudio is an independent service and does not claim their endorsement. Amazon controls marketplace decisions and may change API access or requirements.

Pricing and payment

The Seller page shows proposed USD monthly prices: Seller $149, Ads $79, A+ $49, or the proposed full bundle $195. Image generation is extra by usage. These are proposals for future availability, not purchasable public Seller subscriptions. Joining the waitlist is free and takes no payment. Any private setup work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, billing, cancellation and refunds before purchase. Studio pricing is displayed on the pricing page; applicable payment terms must be shown before checkout.

Data, disconnection and ending use

See our privacy policy for data handling and current limitations. Contact support to stop private integration access or request deletion. Revoking access or disconnecting ChatGPT does not itself erase saved content. We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse, unauthorized access or service security concerns.

Service limitations and rights

Generated content can be inaccurate and must be reviewed. Services depend on third-party availability and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee results or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
