Most AI image models are sold on creativity. For ecommerce product work, creativity can sometimes be the problem. A seller may ask for a simple front-facing product visual and get a dramatic camera angle, extra props, unusual lighting or a busier composition than the listing actually needs.

Use the main V4.1 model when you actually want art direction. Recraft describes that model as more expressive, with stronger freedom around mood, composition and lighting. It makes more sense for campaign exploration, editorial concepts and social imagery where visual surprise has value.

The important point is that these are different production jobs. Sellers often waste time trying to force one model to behave both like a creative director and a catalogue operator.

A practical seller test
