How to Generate Consistent Characters

Create a reusable AI model once, then use the same person across jewellery images, campaigns, and product listings.

Why use a consistent AI model?

Using the same model across your product catalogue gives your brand a more recognisable and professional appearance. Instead of generating a different person for every image, Lustra lets you create and save a reusable model.

You can then select that model whenever you generate new jewellery photography.

Step 1: Open the Models tool

Log in to Lustra and open Tools.

Select Models, then choose Create New Model.

The model creator guides you through four stages:

  1. Describe
  2. Measurements
  3. Generate
  4. Review & Save

Step 2: Describe your model

Start by choosing the model’s main characteristics, including:

  • Gender
  • Skin tone
  • Hairstyle and hair colour
  • Eye colour
  • Ethnicity
  • Additional appearance details

Use the description field for anything more specific, such as an approximate age range, facial features, or overall style.

Keep the description clear and focused. A short, precise description usually produces more consistent results than a long list of conflicting details.

Step 3: Choose the measurements

Next, select a body-type preset.

Lustra includes several starting points, such as petite, tall, athletic, plus-size, and average male or female proportions.

You can use the preset as it is or adjust individual measurements. These include the model’s height, wrist circumference, hand length, shoulder width, and other body proportions.

Accurate wrist and hand measurements are especially helpful when you plan to generate bracelet or bangle images.

Step 4: Generate the model

Select Generate when you are happy with the appearance and measurements.

Lustra creates a consistent set of model references, including:

  • Front portrait
  • Left profile
  • Right profile
  • Hand and wrist reference
  • Model specification data

These references help Lustra preserve the same identity, facial features, proportions, and skin tone in future generations.

Step 5: Review and save

Review the generated model images and give the model a memorable name.

Select Save Model to add it to your model library.

The model is now ready to use throughout Lustra.

Use your model in the main chat

Return to the main chat interface and select your saved model from the model dropdown.

Attach a clear image of your jewellery product. You can also attach a few reference images showing different angles or important product details.

Then describe the image you want. For example:

“Place this gold bangle naturally on the model’s wrist. Keep the exact shape, thickness, finish, and design of the original product.”

Lustra uses the saved model references to maintain the person’s identity while using your uploaded images to reproduce the jewellery.

For the best results:

  • Use sharp, well-lit product photographs
  • Include extra angles when the design has important side details
  • State where the jewellery should appear
  • Mention details that must not change
  • Keep each instruction direct and specific

One model, many product images

Once your model has been saved, you do not need to recreate the same character for every product.

Select the model whenever you need another listing image, lifestyle scene, bracelet placement, or campaign visual. This makes it easier to build a consistent catalogue around one recognisable person.
